By registering online you will also receive regluar alerts of new properties that suit your location, budget and lifestyle criteria. Our team knows their areas intimately and will be able to offer you valuable advice and support to help make the process of moving a little easier.

Prior to inspection any of properties available through First National Burnie, you are required to complete an Application for Tenancy.  Your application can be personally delivered to our office at 111-113 Wilson Street, Burnie or alternatively email it to rentals@burniefirstnational.com.au.  Your application will be processed within two business days.

The application form is available at our office or for your convenience you can complete the online copy and print.

Once your application is approved, the Portfolio Manager will then schedule appointments to view properties matching your requirements - NO KEYS WILL BE GIVEN OUT.  Please keep in mind that if the property you are wishing to view is currently occupied; we are required to provide 48 hours notice to the current occupants.
